4.3 Deductions and Exclusions: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, and the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items to cover handling and processing costs. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is new, unused, and in its original packaging. If a returned product is deemed to be opened or used, it will not be eligible for return, and the customer will bear all costs related to shipping the product back. Any products that arrive damaged will not be accepted for return.
4.4 Cancelled Orders: Refunds will be issued at the full purchase price, less a 3.5% + 15 cents merchant/bank processing fee, and will generally be processed within three to ten business days, depending on the payment method used for the order. If the original payment method has not changed, refunds will be applied to that same account. If the payment method used for the cancelled order is no longer valid, the funds may be returned to the customer via check or money order. If payment was made via credit or debit card, the issuing bank may take up to 14 business days after the refund has been processed to post the refund to the credit/debit card holder’s statement.
